Kicking off the Chignitta 2026 exhibitions is the solo show “ Alexandre Imai Exhibition Guerrilla Part 1” by painter Alexandre Imai.
His works, where thickly layered paint swirls and spreads, radiate an intense energy, as if sealing the heat and chaos of life directly onto the canvas.
Imai's paintings, embodying the inherent impulse and improvisation of art, sharply stimulate the viewer's senses and blur the boundaries between time and emotion. On January 10th, we will hold the Chignitta New Year's Party, which also serves as the opening event. (Participation fee: ¥1000 + donations)
