Ota Minami

Illustrator. Born in 1995, currently residing in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.Graduated from the Graphic Design Course, Department of Design, Osaka University of Arts.I find it fascinating how combining motifs that seem unrelated at first glance creates a mysterious atmosphere that gives rise to new imagery.

I create my work hoping to convey that sense of wonder.

Graphic artist / Silkscreen printer

She depicts familiar motifs with tenderness and creates fantastical spaces through captivating color compositions. Her works are primarily produced using silkscreen printing, and she is highly regarded for her printing techniques and meticulously crafted original frames. She has undertaken numerous client projects, including magazine illustrations and packaging design, and holds solo exhibitions both domestically and internationally as an artist.
