Born in Tokyo. Completed the printmaking laboratory at Tama Art University. Profile portraits are his life’s work, and he has drawn 2,000 profiles to date. He has won acclaim for his clear concept and pop touch. This project started in Tokyo and traveled to Fukuoka, Hokkaido, Kyoto, Kobe, Aichi, and other cities. As an essayist, his essays on the theme of “exploration of art and architecture” are also popular.
