Artist Ryohei Yamashita creates the 7th Anniversary Collection items for Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo!

Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo opened in Nakameguro, Tokyo, on February 28, 2019, as the fifth location worldwide. This year, marking its 7th anniversary, features artwork for the anniversary collection created by Ryohei Yamashita.

This newly commissioned artwork commemorating the 7th anniversary of the Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo depicts the Starbucks siren, the brand's symbol, using dynamic brushstrokes and the movement of water. Starting from the siren emblem standing at the entrance of the Roastery Tokyo, it layers elements that shape the Roastery Tokyo: coffee, nature, scenes of roasting, and the flow of the Meguro River. The 7th anniversary icon, resembling a crown placed atop the Siren's head, expresses elements related to coffee and the Roastery Tokyo in seven colors.
